Identity confirmation

Identity confirmation is the first row of platform verification. It typically uses an Aadhaar-linked PAN or an equivalent identity document, validated once per account. The result is a stored verification status — not the underlying document — that the platform re-uses for every later withdrawal.

The review hub records whether the platform publishes its identity-confirmation steps in the help centre, and whether the verification status is visible inside the account page. Both are observable behaviours, not claims.

A verification still-life. The paperwork on the desk is editorial; the actual document flow is documented in the help centre.

Bank-account or UPI binding

The second row is bank-account or UPI binding. A verified bank account or UPI handle is used for deposits and withdrawals; the account-holder name must match the verified identity. A mismatch is the most common cause of withdrawal delays, and the easiest to avoid.

Adult readers should bind a single primary account and avoid mixing payment instruments. A platform that supports UPI handles usually settles withdrawals faster than one that supports bank transfers only; both are documented.

Address or jurisdictional check

The third row is address or jurisdictional check. Some platforms request a recent utility document to confirm the state or union territory of play. This matters because rules vary by region: a hand played in Assam or Odisha may be restricted, and a hand played in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh or Telangana is subject to state-specific rules.

The safety hub cannot speak to local regulations. The platform's documented responsible-play page is the authoritative source; the almanac records only the published procedure.

Withdrawal flow

Withdrawal flow ties the three verification rows together. A first withdrawal typically requires all three rows to be completed; subsequent withdrawals may use the same verification status until a platform-defined interval expires.

Adult readers should record the published withdrawal interval before relying on a platform's settlement speed. A platform that advertises five-minute withdrawals usually settles within five minutes for verified accounts; the figure is not a guarantee.

Verification is a documented process. Adult readers who complete the three rows once, calmly, are usually rewarded with faster settlements and fewer support tickets.

Account protection

Account protection is the final row. The review hub records whether the platform exposes device-binding, two-factor authentication, login notifications and a documented account-recovery procedure. None of these is unique to rummy; all are observable.
